Zingy Avocado on Toast

We know avocado on toast is a little cliché, but this recipe has a special kick. Try our zingy avocado toast to get your morning started!

Prep time: 10 minutes

Serves 2




slices multi-grain bread 

2 avocados, ready to eat 

5 tbsp vegan Greek-style yoghurt 

1 tsp chilli flakes 

3 tsp lemon juice 

Pepper and a pinch of salt 


  1. Toast the bread 
  2. Peel, stone and mash the avocado flesh with the lemon juice 
  3. Add the yoghurt and chilli flakes, season to taste and stir until everything’s well mixed 
  4. Spread the avocado chilli mix on the toast, sprinkled with some extra chilli flakes, if you like it hot!
