This No Turkey Stuffed Crown is also made with mushroom and soya protein, complete with a sage and onion stuffing centre. To finish, it’s covered with vegan bacon lattice and topped with sage and onion melt.

You can’t go wrong with a wellington for your Christmas centrepiece and Sainsbury’s offering is ideal for vegans and non-vegans alike. The succulent filling is made with mushroom and pea protein, which is well-balanced with with tender leaf spinach and a rich mushroom and port wine duxelles.
