It also includes recipes based on what your favourite vegan celeb says is their favourite vegan food!

There is an ever-increasing number of high-profile advocates of a plant-based diet with Lewis Hamilton, Robbie Williams and many others adopting an animal-free diet.

Veganuary’s own ambassadors include comedian Sara Pascoe, food writer Jack Monroe and television presenter Sarah-Jane Crawford, Leeds Rhinos rugby star Anthony Mullally, television presenter Jasmine Harman, actor and model Evanna Lynch, Team GB triathlete Dan Geisler, comedian Carl Donnelly, strength athlete John Machin, stage and screen actor Peter Egan, pole champion and personal trainer Michael Donohoe, pole champion Terri Walsh, and vegan advocate and businesswoman Tammy Fry!

The recipe e-book is sent free of charge to everyone who registers to take part in the month-long vegan challenge. Last year, 60,000 people took part and this year organisers are predicting the figure will top 150,000. 2018 will be a big year for the vegan movement with many people choosing vegan for their health, for environmental reasons, and for their love of animals.
