Vegan Imogen Grant won gold in Paris this summer, 18 months after doing Veganuary
17th December 2024: Veganuary – the global campaign to try vegan for January and beyond – was the start of Olympic rowing champion, Imogen Grant’s transition to a vegan diet in January 2022. Now she’s urging everyone to take part this January to reduce their greenhouse gas emissions.
Lending her support to the Veganuary 2025 campaign, Imogen says: “Eating vegan or reducing meat and dairy consumption is the single biggest personal impact we can make on our emissions. I had been vegan for 18 months leading up to the Paris Olympics and had PBs on the rowing machine and in the gym. Veganuary is a great way to start – that’s how I did!”
